| 1 | Problem Detail: | Not turning on July 18th 2020 6:50 PM :::: Called the CX. & told him that there is a short on the motherboard & few component are visibly burnt. Estimate given $345... He will text me or inform me tomorrow as WS is closed now... MF July 19th 2020 1:30 PM :::: Talked to the CX. & discussed about the repairs. He told me if not repairable within $345 then return the notebook back to him... ESTIMATE APPROVED. ... MF July 20th 2020 2:45 PM :::: UNDER REPAIR.. need a part which I will get after 2 days....MF July 23rd 2020 3:45 PM :::: Talked to Yakun, the CX. & told him that the part is not available locally, We aill try to find teh part loaclly within 2 week & if part not available, we will return back the laptop as is. ... MF August 10th 2020 2:45 PM :::: Cannot repair further as Parts are on hold in China & no trace yet when they will come in. CX cannot wait longer & he says that he will repair it in India. At least got all the voltage for him making the repair much easier whoever repairs it. Please return back AS IS. No further repair done... With Power adapter..... MF READY FOR PICKUP..........
