Pls. inform CX. the his Graphic chip is faulty & has to be repaired & his trackpad button even is defective. To repair both, it will cost him $245. Pls. ESTIMATE $245 (NO DISCOUNT please as there is a lot of Work to be done) .... MF July 19th 2020 1:45 PM :::: Tried to call CX. again but no answer.. pls. contact him & give him information. ... MF July 20 at 8:45am text msg customer and he called back and approved $245 for video chip fixing, Mathais please fix it ASAP..thanks.......... Khawer July 20th 2020 2:45 PM :::: Reflowed & repaired the video chip & trackpad button repairs. Please inform CX. that his notebook is running EXTREMELY SLOW., boots up in 15 ~ 20 mins. When booted I saw he has a lot of data. Inform him to take backup & format ASAP & replace HDD if possible. Battery & HDD both need replacement ASAP. With our external HDD all works fine but still a bit slow, as NB looks in the master HDD... MF.. READY FOR PICKUP July 24th 2020 6:45 PM :::: The notebook's Video Ram chips are defective too, they get so very hot that it make the notebook slow to boot up. We do not change out here as we never get the original ones., better to replace the complete mother board. Too costly to repair. Pls. return back, inform CX. to take decisions. ...
