KHAWER July 15th 2020 2:45 PM :::: Talked to Rio & told him that the LCD Screen might be defective but now we are assuming that the LCD cable is faulty (LCD Cost is between $525 ~ $650). We will try to repair the LCD Harness cable for Est. of $285 for the repairs. ESTIMATE APPROVED.... MF July 17th 2020 5:30 PM :::: Talked to Rio & told him that the LCD Screen is defective & to replace it will cost him $585, this is the lowest price we can offer him. Marcket value is more than this. He said to give him time to decide. Est. on hold till he gets back to us again. ... MF July 17th 2020 6:30 PM ::::: CX. Called back & he said that he cannot afford this money.. ESTIMATE REFUSED... Please return the notebook back to the CX. as is. No repair work done.
