PASS=1234, CHECK AND CALL CUSTOMER July 9th 2020 5:45 PM :::: Talked to the CX. & told him that a Ultra Sonic cleaning if the first step that the notebook need & if any parts are required, then he will be notified. Estimate for USC $165 & if any parts, we will let him know.. ESTIMATE APPROVED... MF July 11th 2020 2:45 PM :::: Ultra Sonic Cleaning done, Keyboard & Trackpad works fine now. CX. has put in a compatible SSD which is not for this MacBook Air, sometimes it boots up & sometimes it does not. With our original SSD booting is 100% perfect. Pease replace with original ASAP. Rest the notebook is working fine. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF | ||
