He was ok with it, it the HDD has to be replaced, then we charge $135 for a 500GB HDD.. ESTIMATE APPROVED ... MF July 8th 2020 4:45 PM :::: Initializing the HDD solved the problem. Now boots up fine & latest version software updated. Ready for Pickup..... MF | ||
