She called back now & approved the estimate for $165 for the motherboard repairs. ESTIMATE APPROVED ... MF June 10th 2020 2:25 PM :::: BIOS Reflused & replaced with correct 8GB Memory module. All works fine. Tested ok READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF June 10 at 5:30pm recorded msg that ur Laptop is ready...... Khawer June 26th 2020 2:25 PM :::: Notebook came in for the second time, nothing wrong with the notebook but the battery is totally dead. Told the CX. if she wants to replace it or not. She said that she would confirm the battery price first from the store. Please DO NOT CHARGE .... MF June 27 at 10:58 am recorded msg that ur Laptop is ready for pickup....... Khawer | ||
