Told him that something is shaking & loose inside. He was not happy with the estimate & told me that the battery was charging & in on position. He told me to ship the notebook back to the store without repairs. NO REPAIR WORK DONE. Returned AS IS. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF | ||
