Khawer Mar. 4 at 4:15pm informed cx that we need some more time for ultrasonic cleaning, will update u tomorrow morning........ Khawer 2:05pm 6 march , left msg your laptop is ready to pickup..kajal March 5th 2020 6:00 PM :::: P/W 061192... Talked to the CX. in detail. Told him that his keyboard is short & has to be ordered. He told me to order within 7 days, which is not possible. The order process could take 15~20 days. He said he is leaving for Nigara falls & would be back after 2-3 months. Requested me to charge only for the Keyb' Contr'l & he would take the unit back & if he decide to replace the Keyboard later he would get back the notebook again. Told him that keyboard replacement would be around $70~$90... Inform the CX . that for SAFETY reasons the keyboard cable & the battery cable has been removed & taped keyb' internally as all plastic rivets broke. Please charge for keyboard Controller $90 only .. MF READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF Customer Paid $85 or $90 and picked up. March 9 he brought back to get it fixed... Mustafa March. 9 Mathais ordered keyboard from USA.... Khawer Apr. 1st at 8:40 pm text msg that we recd keyboard today and it will be ready by tomorrow evening....... Khawer April 2nd 2020 12:05 PM :::: Keyboard replaced. All works fine. Tested ok. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF April 2 we can offer him max. $5 as our business is very slow and no margin...... $195 charge him if ask for discount... Khawer | ||
