| 1 | Problem Detail: | unit does not trun on March 2nd 2020 6:00 PM :::: Talked to the CX. Krishnamurthy, told him that there is a short on the main motherboard & for repairs of this it will cost him $145. He was ok with the repair Estimate. ESTIMATE APPROVED $145 ...MF March 3rd 2020 1:25 PM :::: The CX. called again & he did not want to repair the Notebook anymore & he told us to ship the notebook back to the store without repairs, also left a message on Khawer's phone. I told him that the notebook is already opened & being repaired as he had approved the estimate before. So I promised him if the notebook gets repaired & if the problem is small., we would charge him a minimal repairs charge. So he agreed on this. Now the notebook is repaired. Power MOSFET & Power button replaced. Please charge accordingly. All works fine. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF | ||
