Problem with the main motherboard, there is a bad short on it., as soon as Adpater Connector is plugged in, the adaptor shuts down. SHORTED... Pls. est. the CX. $185~ $245 depending how many parts have to be replaced. .... MF the customer called and approved for 185-245. ALso how long it will take to repair. ..Janaka 02/28/2020 February 29th 2020 2:05 PM :::: Internally the logic board is shorted.
