| 1 | Problem Detail: | Keyboard Water Damage January 27th 2020 5:25 PM :::: Talk to the CX. Kleidio & I told him about the liquid spill on the main logic board & the keyboard. Even informed him that there are liquid spot marks on the LCD screen, which is usable as is. For Microscopic ultra Sonic cleaning & Keyboard replacement the charges will be $285, & the keyboard has to be ordered & would take 15~25 days. He would let me know about the repair est. by tomorrow. .... MF January 28th 2020 6:25 PM :::: CX. texted back & approved the Estimate of $285 for complete Microscopic ULTRASONIC Cleaning & Keyboard replacement... Notified the CX. that the Keyboards are on order & due to the China Outbreak all mail services will be delayed..... MF $285 APPROVED January 30th 2020 2:25 PM ::::Microscopic Ultrasonic cleaning done on the keyboard & Main logic board & replaced the corroded components. Takes a lot of time half a days for cleaning & drying. All works fine.. No need to replace the keyboard, all keys work well.... Now please charge for Microscopic UltraSonic Cleaning ONLY & corroded components replacement .... $245 READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF JAN. 30 AT 8:07PM RECORDED MSG THAT UR MACBOOK IS READY .............. KHAWER HE PAID $235 CASH AND REMAIMING AMOUNT HE WILL PAY ONCE WE GET THE KEYBOARD............ KHAWER March 1st 2020 4:25 PM :::: Replaced with a brand new keyboard. Very time consuming. All works fine. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF | ||
