January 3rd 2020 5:55PM :::: Talked to the CX (kamran Alvi)., that his Sony Flip Notebook Screen is broken & has to be replaced. I gave him a screen replacement cost $345. We have the screen is Stock which we have to send to China... Our cost being $174.65 ., see if we can give him some discounts so that we do not have to go through the hassle of sending this screen back to China. Remember the screen was not a issue, it was the software problem & in this way I can ask more discount from the AE seller. ... MF Jan 7 at 10:02am spoke to customer and offered him special discounted price for $295 but he was not willing to spend more then 250 so finally told him that I can offer you last price which is my cost as we already purchased 2 screens and we have to return 1 of them and our cost is $265, he approved, he asking fo missing screws and Noisy FAN, told him if anything we can do, we will do it, so Mathais please charge him for FAN to get some more... Khawer January 9th 2020 2:45 PM :::: Talked to Kamran & he gave us a restore permission & agreed for all his DATA TO BE ERASED...... RESTORE PERMISSION GRANTED..... January 9th 2020 2:45 PM :::: Replaced the LCD Screen/Digitizer assembly panel & restored to factory default as per the CX. wants to be restored. Fan serviced & noise is very normal. All works fine & touch screen is working too. Please charge for the CPU Fan service too. $265 + CPU Fan Service READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF | ||
