KHAWER December 31st 2019 2:25PM :::: Left a message for the CX. to call back for an Estimate update.. Pls. estimate $245 for the notebook repairs if the CX. calls..... MF December 31st 2019 3:45PM :::: Talked to the CX. & told her about the repairs & the repair will cost her $245 (AC Power adapter included). All seemed to be ok with her & she approved the estimate. Please issue/include NEW AC power Adapter at store level.... MF January 2nd 2020 2:45PM:::: Talked to the CX. GFX Power Management chip replaced, Battery revived to 100% & AC power adapter repaired. All works fine. Since we did not replace the AC power adapter., pls. issue her 15% discount so the total after the 15% discount of $245 = $208.25 + Taxes ..... READY FOR PICKUP..........
