| 1 | Problem Detail: | Crashing windows November 29th 2019 2:25PM :::: Talked to the CX. & he told me that the system was crashing even if removes all the peripherals... We will check at our end & inform him what is the problem. .. MF November 29th 2019 6:45PM :::: Talked to Lorenzo again & told him that this Motheboard & Proccessor carries a 3Yrs. warranty. I gave him the # of GigaByte & told him that to call himself to claim warranty. If not in warranty we repair for $150 (integrated on-board Video Chip faulty) & if the main motherboard has to be replaced then it will cost him $200~$240. He said ship the unit back to the store. Please Charge DIAGNOSTIC FEES from him $35 or whatever our Diagnostic fees are???? .... MF | ||
