| 1 | Problem Detail: | Water damage November 6th 2019 2:25PM :::: Talked to Kelly & told her that due to this liquid damage an ULTRA SONIC CLEANING has to be done & it will cost her $225 with Keyboard if it has to be replaced. & if the main logic board has to be replaced then the cost would range from $295~$335. She approved the Estimate for Ultra Sonic Cleaning $225 & said go ahead with the repairs. He asked for a discount which the store will consider.... MF November 22nd 2019 12:25PM :::: Talked to Kelly & told her that we could not repair the old motherboard due to severe liquid spill, instead we had to put in a brand new motherboard & informed her about the SSD that there was no data on the SSD & it was going to the RESTORE Option on boot., She told me to bring back to factory default with NEW OS & ALL DATA ON IT ERASED. She approved the new estimate of $295 + Taxes .... READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF.... | ||
