She was asking for some discount is possible. ESTIAMTE APPROVED... October 29th 2019 1:25PM :::: INFORMED CX (YEON WOO). ABOUT THE DING & CRACK ON THE GLASS (TOP LHS) WHICH IS NOT CAUSED BY US. WAS THERE BEFORE WE RECEIVED THE DESKTOP. BUT THIS IS NOT NOTICEBLE & DOES NOT EFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE DESKTOP. WORKS FINE. Replaced the power capacitor on the main motherboard. All works fine. Tested ok. FYI CALLED CX ON 11/04/19 AT 12;35 PM WILL COME on friday helen November 15th 2019 3:00 PM :::: Please DO NOT charge any $$$ amount from the CX. & the CX said that he would find a screen online & give us a call when he does find one & we try to compensate & be fair in every possible way since we have not charged a single penny for the repairs. Can't blame anyone for the damage, right in grey area .... MF | ||
