MF October 10th 2019 6:25PM :::: Spoke to the CX. regarding the notebook repairs & he approved $125 for the DC-in jack replacement. & he knows that his HDD cover is missing or not shipped with the notebook. After repairs it will be shipped without the HDD COVER> (NO HDD BOTTOM COVER) .... MF October 11th 2019 2:25PM :::: DC-in jack replaced & all loose connection re-connected. All tested cleared.
