| 1 | Problem Detail: | WATER DAMAGE........ September 26th 2019 3:35PM :::: All liquid spill on the main logic board. Have to inform the CX. about the est. $185 for ultra sonic cleaning. September 26th 2019 3:55PM :::: Spoke to the CX. & WhatApps him the liquid spill photos in which it clearly shows all liquid spill. He approved the estimate for Ultra Sonic cleaning $185... MF October 9th 2019 2:25PM :::: The Ultra sonic clenaing retified the problem. Now the unit turn on but does not boot into OS. The ME has to be cleaned. For this reason part had to be ordered. Part ordered on Oct. 6th 2019. Pls. allow 15~20 days for the part to come in. ... MF November 12th 2019 2:25PM :::: Talked to Umair & he told me that they do not want to repair the motherboard as it was too costly to repair, due to the massive liquid spill the whole motherboard has to be replaced. He told me to return the notebook as is without any repairs. .... MF November 13th 2019 2:25PM :::: RETURNED BACK AS THE PARTS IS TAKING TOO LONG TO COME ... NO REPAIR WORK DONE .. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF | ||
