MF September 9th 2019 5:25PM :::: Talked to Gurjap & informed him about his MacBook A1278., 2 keys on the keyboard are NOT working & battery charge is very slow., maybe battery defective. There is NO Hard Disk Drive in the notebook. He is only interested in put in a new SSD or a SATA HDD. Please quote him the rates of both. Other than this, the notebook is working fine with our HDD. Serviced internally. Further diagnostics on Keyboard is ON/OFF button does not works too, has to be replaced. Pls. give me ok to repair what???? MF September 9th 2019 6:45PM :::: Talked to Gurjap & gave est. of 500GB SATA (OS too) HDD & Keyboard ($80+$45=$125).. He will inform us later what to do... MF September 11th 2019 7:35PM :::: Talked to the CX. wants the notebook shipped back to the store AS IS... NO REPAIR WORK DONE..
