Called the CX. to inform her that 2 metallic studs have to be installed (Which are very costly) to keep the frame assembly stable & the estimate will cost $185... But no answer from the CX. Left a voice message on her phone to call us back.. NO REPAIR STARTED ON THE NOTEBOOK UNTIL THE CX. CALLS BACK >>>>>> August 27th 2019 3:00PM ::::: No Reply from her yet.... Pls est. $185 August 27th 2019 3:42PM ::::: CX called & approved the est. of $185 for the LCD hinges repairs August 28th 2019 1:15PM :::: Repaired the LCD hinges with 2 metallic studs.
