| 1 | Problem Detail: | SOME OF THE KEYS ARE NOT WORKING, 5,6 TOP KEYS AND NUMERIC 5,6 KEYS ARE NOT WORKING, CX NEED IT TODAY.....PASSWORD=121366 August 25th 2019 1:30PM A lot of liquid spill was on the entire unit. Supporting photos send to Khawer. The spill was so much that the battery shorted the motherboard., even undered the BGA chips the liquid is still present, Ultra Sonic cleaning cannot remove those stains. No use to repair, will come back again for repairs. Please ask CX. to give time for us to order new Motherboard. (BEST SOLUTION) ...MF aug. 26 at 10:28 am recorded msg that we need to order the part and it will take 1-2 weeks, pls call us to discuss......... Khawer Aug. 26 at 11:00 pm, cx came and agreed for 2 weeks time for part, did not ask for more money.... Khawer August 26th 2019 4:05PM Main mother ordered from AE by China ePacket today. | ||
