KHAWER August 22nd 2019:::: Called the CX. to re-estimate the repairs. CX. Approved for $225 & if battery needed additional of $70 will be added. ESTIMATE APPROVED August 25th 2019::: Text send to the CX for the delays in repairs as the SMC chip confirmed is defective, this is why the battery does not charge well & turning on problem. Part to be ordered: will take 15~25 days for the part to come in. September 10th 2019 4:05PM :::: Replaced the SMC chip. All works fine. Battery charged 100%. Tested ok. Texted the CX for pick-up options. Sept. 11 at 12:41pm recorded msg that your laptop is fixed, pls pickup........ Khawer | ||
