Motherboard repairs based on the availibility of the chipset. $185, if chipset not available then the whole logic baord has to be replaced which will cost $275~$325.. Repairs time in both cases will be 15~25 days. Please inform the CX. & get approval..... MF September 3rd 2019 12:25PM :::: ESTIMATE APPROVED for Chipset $185 ... MF Will order chipset today===== September 7th 2019 2:25PM :::: IC N15s-GT-S-A2 & Stencil ordered Sept. 7th 2019 September 28th 2019 2:25PM :::: Spoke to the CX. that the part was in but the problem stil presisted. So now the main motherboard has to be replaced. The new estimate will be around $300~$350 for the whole new motherboard. Gave him proposals, either to approve the Main Logic board repairs around $300~$350 & wait for the logic board to be ordered & NB repaired., sell the notebook to us in this same condition., or take back the notebook AS IS without repairs & no payment will be charged. He will inform us later. .... MF October 5th 2019 2:25PM :::: Talked to Obebe Dad, & he approved the estimate of the ACER notebook repairs for $295. Will order the main logic board today ... MF October 6th 2019 12:25PM :::: Main motherboard ordered today. 15~25 days for the part to come in .... MF October 29th 2019 2:25PM ::::PLEASE READ NOTE !!!!! CX. took back his Apple Macbook 12" A1534 repaired Tag # 103034 & PAID US JUST $500, REMAINING BALANCE IS $85 PLUS THE REPAIRS CHARGE OF THIS ACER NOTEBOOK WHICH THE TOTAL OF THE BALANCE & THIS REPAIRS COMES UP TO $295 + $85 = $380 (THREE HUNDERD & EIGHTY DOLLARS) CX. OWES US ... November 5th 2019 2:25PM :::: Main motheboard replaced. All works fine. CX. owes us $380, detail above. Please no discounts more & request CX. to pay the whole amount $380. .... READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF...I CALLED THE CX BUT DID NOT GIVE ANY RESPONSE...AT 2;29PM ,6NOV ...KAJAL Dec. 21 at 10:05am called, No answer....
