D drive is already backed up. pre approved $100 April 10 informed cx that HD was bad and data not recoverable via conventional methods, cx doesnt want new HD just wants data from old HD. CALLED TO CUSTOMER NO ANSWER 06012019 October 24th 2019 6:25PM :::: CALLED THE CX. TODAY AGAIN & NO ANSWER FOR THEIR SIDE. PLACED THIS UNIT INTO THE DORMANT BIN..................... <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< DORMANT BIN >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> November 1st 2019 2:25PM :::: Contacted the CX. but she wanted HDD data from the older HDD. I informed her that this is nat possible from us as the HDD is given clicking sound & data from platters are impossible as they might be scratched or damaged ... She could take it back & get a second opinion or install a New HDD from us. She said that she would get back to us, but till this day she has not got back to us. I will hold on to the notebook for 2 more day & then it goes to the Dormant Bin... MF November 5th 2019 2:25PM :::: Last Text Message/Reminder sent to customer "Kinga Chin on Phone # 416-705-2400 at Nov' 5th 2019 Tuesday 4:14 PM". Active Phone # as I talked to her personally. Texted the Customer about the update of the repair estimate & Backup of the HDD was not Possible as the HDD gives clicking sound., & come & pick up the Notebook if she does not want us to repair. After 24hr of this DAY & TIME the notebook will be moved to the my DORMANT bin & within 15~30 days it will be sent to a local land fills for re-cycling. Cannot help further if the CX. does not want to repair or pickup the notebook. Company policies does not allow us to keep CX. units for such a long time (more than 60 days). Count down starts Nov' 5th 2019 4:14PM, & the have to re-cycle after the schedule day & time.... MF | ||
