Khawer December 4th 2020 3:15 PM :::: Talked to the CX. & told her that we need the XBOX controller ASAP to complete the job as our controller is not compatible to their XBOX. Estimate for restoration $85, she approved the Estimate too. ESTIMATE APPROVED..... MF December 5th 2020 5:45 PM :::: Talked to the Customer & told her that 1TD HDD is defective & has to be replaced. For the service, 1TB HDD & software download it will cost her $165. She agreed. Estimate Approved.... MF December 6th 2020 2:45 PM :::: Installed a 1TB HDD., New OS installed & Serviced the unit internally. All works fine. Tested ok. Delivered at the store...
